Ilya Pozin, Founder & CEO

A zeal for technology and the Internet coupled with an entrepreneurial bent prompted Ilya to found Ciplex in 1999.  His vision of owning and managing a premier web development company is well on its way to fruition providing top tier web design and programming solutions to both large client such as Nike and Century 21, as well as many small and medium sized businesses throughout the US and abroad.

Ilya focuses his energies on managing the growing roster of projects and marketing. A graduate from Florida State University with a degree in Information Technology, Ilya applies his knowledge and expertise across Ciplex’s client base on a daily basis.

Nikola Mickic, CTO

As Chief Technology Officer, Nikola applies his extensive knowledge of programming and design to ensure best of breed Quality Control on each project. Nikola’s previous incarnation as a senior software engineer for IBM and Idealab provides Ciplex with cutting edge innovation and know-how in all areas of programming and design. Originally from Serbia, Nikola holds a degree with honors in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Carlos Arambula, Management Director

With over two decades in the manufacturing and communications industries Carlos’ experience includes both client side as well as agency side experience.

Carlos has worked as a lead strategist on major brands, among them are Toyota Motor Sales, M&M/Mars, Pepsi Cola, Unilever Brands, Kia Motors, and Brands of InterContinental Hotel Group and Gruma. He has also worked on strong regional brands such as Farmer John, Miller’s Outpost, Universal Studios Hollywood, California Milk Board, and First Interstate Bank. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Carlos provides strategic direction and overall management on Ciplex projects.

Richard D. Phillips, Jr., Management Supervisor

For over a decade Richard has successfully managed blue chip accounts from Miami to Los Angeles. His coast to coast experience provides a deep understanding of the young adult/urban and tech savvy consumer throughout the U.S.

Richard has distinguished himself handling interactive projects which range from CMS sourcing and implementation to the complete online presence overhauls. A graduate of the University of San Diego, Richard provides overall project management direction on Ciplex projects.
