Josh Krane, Chief Executive Officer

Josh Krane, CEO at Ciplex, has a diverse background in interactive digital media with extensive experience with start-up opportunities, as well as mergers and acquisitions, internet, entertainment, Web 2.0, and social networking applications. As senior vice president, interactive & new media at Comcast/G4 for 11 years, Krane successfully managed and oversaw creative, technical, strategic marketing and online sales groups, as well as all of G4’s multi-platform content strategy, production and distribution.

At G4, his excellent leadership and management skills enabled him to develop key partnerships and launch successful online marketing integration campaigns with major consumer brands. Krane’s division increased G4’s online traffic for video consumption from 10,000 to 20 million unique views per month. Through his creation of original content, the overall website traffic increased by 300%.

Krane is also a highly-skilled entrepreneur in new media/new product architecture, digital technology, and Web 2.0/social networking applications. He has successfully directed clients like Planet Illogica and Super Creative and others in developing their digital media and online sales and marketing strategy.

Ilya Pozin, Founder and Chief Marketing Officer

A zeal for technology and the Internet coupled with an entrepreneurial bent prompted Ilya to found Ciplex in 1999.  His vision of owning and managing a premier web development company is well on its way to fruition providing top tier web design and programming solutions to both large client such as Nike and Century 21, as well as many small and medium sized businesses throughout the US and abroad.

Ilya focuses his energies on managing the growing roster of projects and marketing. A graduate from Florida State University with a degree in Information Technology, Ilya applies his knowledge and expertise across Ciplex’s client base on a daily basis.

Nikola Mickic, Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Nikola applies his extensive knowledge of programming and design to ensure best of breed Quality Control on each project. Nikola’s previous incarnation as a senior software engineer for IBM and Idealab provides Ciplex with cutting edge innovation and know-how in all areas of programming and design. Originally from Serbia, Nikola holds a degree with honors in Computer Science from Harvard University.
